Lamb leg steaks are a popular choice among meat enthusiasts due to their tenderness. The steaks cook quickly, are easy to prepare, making them an excellent choice for a busy weeknight dinner. Taste the Difference, our sheep produce a leaner meat with less external fat and marbling and have a milder taste than commerically available sheep meat. As a hair sheep they do not produce the lanolin that makes the meat gamier and fattier. Hair sheep have a less "muttony" taste. We believe in happy healthy animals who are never exposed to chemicals like herbacides, pesticides and commercial fertilizers. Better feed equals healthier animals and produces a Chem Free product. Our meet is processed and inspected according to USDA requirements.
