These brownies come with a rich, tangy taste and a wonderful fudgy consistency. The acidity in the starter balances the sweetness of the chocolate, and the naturally fermented flour creates a more tender, less gluten-heavy crumb. (1 count) (Each square is about 4in x 4in for size comparison!)

Cinnamon Crunch Sourdough Bagels 

This pre-sliced loaf is a convenient spin on our classic sourdough loaf. Incorporating locally sourced butter as an additional ingredient to our original recipe, this loaf is soft and chewy all around. The naturally fermented dough created a less gluten heavy bread.

Our sourdough flight provides an opportunity to taste test and find your favorite. Four mini loaves are in this flight including our classic loaf, our rosemary & roasted garlic loaf, our lemon and blueberry loaf, and our chocolate chip loaf.
