Bone in steak cut. Cost calculated $27 per lb.

Porterhouse Steak (1 1/2” thick)

T Bone Steak (1 1/2” thick)

Tenderloin Steak 

1.26 lb package - chopped in a few pieces. Great for stews.

Ox Tail

Sirloin Steak (1.55lbs)

1 -2 lbs - boneless, cost is calculated $14 per lb

Sirloin Tip Steak 

1 lb +/- bone in per package, cost is fixed per package 

Beef Short Ribs

Runs close to 1 lb cost is calculated $14 per lb

Chuck Steak (1 lb)

Varies in weight about .40-.50 lbs. Each package contains 4 thin slices of steak. Cost fixed per pkg.

Minute Steak 

Runs 2.8 lbs and is about 1/2” thickness = fixed price

Partial Bone in steak cut. Cost calculated $25 per lb. (Range .70-1 lbs)
