Currently we have 100% grass fed ground beef in 1 lb +/- packages only. Cost fixed.

Ground Beef (1 lb package)

Bone in steak cut. Cost calculated $25 per lb.

T Bone Steak (1” thick)

Sometimes Partial Bone in steak cut. Cost calculated $30 per lb. (Range .70-1 lbs)

Beef Rib Steak (ie Ribeye)

Runs close to 1 lb cost is calculated $14.50 per lb

Chuck Steak (1 lb)

Runs 3 lbs and is about 1/2” thickness = fixed price

Brisket (3.30lbs)

Average .50-1 lb in weight, cost calculated per weight cut

Flat Iron Filet

Average 1-2 lb in weight, cost calculated per weight cut

Loin Flank Steak

Loin Flap Steak 

Each package runs about 1 lb-price fixed per pkg 

Beef Liver

1.30 lb package - chopped in a few pieces. Great for stews.

Ox Tail (1.30)

1 lb +/- of Chopped steak ready for beef stew, kabobs, or stir fry dish. Cost fixed.

Cuts range from .50-1 lbs, cost per weight

Skirt Steak 

Is 1.60 lbs and is about 1/2” thickness = fixed price
