Twin Oaks started as a Registered Angus farm in 2012, but four years later in 2016, we switched over to being primarily a Fullblood Wagyu farm located in the heart of Virginia. We are a family run farming operation that aims to provide you with the best quality genetics plus more. Whether it is animals or frozen genetics you are looking for to start/grow your herd, or dinner on your family's table, we are here to help you! We would like to thank you for visiting our site and taking the time to look around. Hopefully you will learn more about us and our farm operations. If you need additional information please feel free to contact us. We hope you have a wonderful day!

Please note that the contents of each family pack will vary. All of our beef is individually wrapped, vacuum sealed, labeled and weighted with our farm's logo on it. Chuck Eye | Black Label [Fullblood Wagyu]

Chuck Eye | Black Label [Fullblood Wagyu]

Are you ready to go to the next level with that "Wagyu Eating Experience" you might have heard about? . If so, our Black Label Wagyu product is what you are looking for! This product offering for the black label comes out of our Fullblood Wagyu program only and will be your culinary ticket for the Wagyu Experience. All of the animals that reach the 'black label' status here at Twin Oaks must first meet certain thresholds for the various marbling characteristics and grading before they can achieve this special label. We determine this based on the animals carcass scan that is done, by our butcher prior to cutting, with our MIJ Carcass Camera which grades the animals ribeye on the Japanese grading scale. Based on all of the information we have found, our 'Black Label Wagyu' should be grading alongside the Japanese A4 products. We know there are a lot of characteristics that come into play when it comes to grading beef, but this black label will show you it is on a different level! --- Looking for a unique steak cut for dinner tonight? If so, enjoy a delicious, Black Label Wagyu chuck eye steak! . The BLACK LABEL CHUCK EYE steak, nicknamed the 'Poor Man's Ribeye' because it's less expensive but has a similar flavor, is a cut of beef that comes from the shoulder. The fat ratio of this unique steak sets it apart as a beefy, tender and flavorful cut! --- Our CHUCK EYE steak is typically cut around 1" thick and will roughly be 8oz. in weight! All of our beef is individually wrapped, vacuum sealed, labeled and weighted with our farm's logo on it. The 'Fullblood Wagyu' animal for this item is a 100% genetic make-up of Japanese Wagyu genetics raised at our farm!
