Our premium burger is ground with generous portions of dry aged sirloin, chuck, round, and brisket for a whole-cow blend of exceptional flavor.   Each bundle includes ten 1 lb. vacuum sealed packages of ground beef.

10 lb. Burger Bundle

These generous 7 oz. (nearly a half pound!) home style patties are vacuum packed 3 per package. With 8 packs in this bundle you get 24 burgers ready for grilling. (Yeah, that's actually 10.5 pounds but THF offers generous bundles!)  

Not your typical over-compressed "hockey puck" patty, these babies are gently formed for a true home style grilling experience. Made from our grassfed and dry aged beef with a flavorful blend including sirlion, chuck, round, and brisket.

Succulent pot roast - easy comfort meal in a crockpot! 3 or 4 roasts totaling at least a dozen pounds.   

12 lb. Bundle - Shoulder Pot Roast

This new bundle is made up of a 1/8 equal share of a steer. You'll get 50 pounds of premium beef, with half being burger and half being steaks, roasts, and other cuts. You'll find minor substitutions (for example, one bundle may have a bottom round roast while another has a rump roast), but the total weight and overall mix of cuts will be the same.

2 Flat Iron or Skirt or Flank Steaks   
2 Bone-in Short Ribs

Each cut is individually vacuum packed and labeled with name of cut and exact weight. A complete bundle needs about 2 cubic feet of freezer space. 

1/8th Share Bundle - 50 lbs. of steaks, roasts, burger and more

Our premium burger is ground with generous portions of dry aged sirloin, chuck, round, and brisket for a whole-cow blend of exceptional flavor.  USDA inspected, vacuum packed in 1 pound packages and immediately put in a deep freeze, our burger is expertly and safely  ground, packed, and handled through delivery to you. Fat content varies depending on the season and the specific beef being processed, but stays between approximately an 80/20 to 85/15 blend. 

25 lb. Burger Bundle

This 25 lb. mixed bundle of Truman Hill Farm grass finished beef has a little bit of everything and fits in a refrigerator freezer! (About 1 cubic foot.)

Each bundle will have minor variations, but include at least 25 lbs of beef with a pretty close mixture of:   

12 one-pound packs of ground beef   
2 Ribeye Steaks or NY Strip Steaks, 1"   
2 Sirloin Steaks, 1"   
1 Flat Iron or Skirt or Flank steak    
1 Roast (Chuck, Sirloin Tip, Rump, Bottom Round) - 2 to 3 lbs.   
2 to 4 packs of some mix of short ribs, cubed steak, stew beef, kabobs, or stir fry beef
Again, some bundles may have minor subsititutions but will substantially be as listed above.

Lean and flavorful flank steak! Five pounds per bundle consisting of 4 or 5 steaks.  

 5 lb. Bundle - Flank Steak

This grassfed beef NY strip steak bundle includes 5 pounds of these tender steaks, cut thick and individually vacuum packed.  

 5 lb. New York Strip Bundle

These succulent boneless ribeye steaks are dry-aged, cut 1.25 inches thick, and individually vacuum packed. Our bundle includes at least 5 pounds of these premium steaks for a total of about 6 steaks.
