This 25 lb. mixed bundle of Truman Hill Farm grass finished beef has a little bit of everything and fits in a refrigerator freezer! (About 1 cubic foot.) Each bundle will have minor variations, but include at least 25 lbs of beef with a pretty close mixture of: 12 one-pound packs of ground beef 2 Ribeye Steaks or NY Strip Steaks, 1" 2 Sirloin Steaks, 1" 1 Flat Iron or Skirt or Flank steak 1 Roast (Chuck, Sirloin Tip, Rump, Bottom Round) - 2 to 3 lbs. 2 to 4 packs of some mix of short ribs, cubed steak, stew beef, kabobs, or stir fry beef Again, some bundles may have minor subsititutions but will substantially be as listed above.
