USDA inspected, vacuum packed in 1 pound packages and immediately put in a deep freeze, our burger is expertly and safely ground, packed, and handled through delivery to you. Fat content varies depending on the season and the specific beef being processed, but stays between approximately an 80/20 to 85/15 blend.
