Josh and Nicole (R & R) know what they are doing and they care about doing it the right way. You don't have to take my word for it, though. You can literally taste the difference! While not a scientific study, everyone in my house preferred R & R meat to that of store bought organic in a "blind taste test." It is just better--better tasting and better for you. Plus you know where your food is coming from--good people running a local farm full of well cared for, happy animals!

We have purchased everything R&R Farm sells. We look forward to the Shallotte Market to see what they have next. Always amazing!
