We utilize a DNA Test that can tell us which cattle will produce the highest quality beef and we only transition the best into our beef program. The cattle stay on our family farm until they reach market weight, and then we seek the help of a USDA inspected butcher. The butcher Dry Ages the beef for us, which is like giving a fine cheese or wine time to mature. It results in a much more tender and flavorful beef cut! We were gifted a very nice sampler of beef from Oak Barn. The ground beef is absolutely the best. The chuck roast is so tender and flavorful as you can see. Why go anywhere else?
