Goose Eggs

Did you know that geese only lay about 40 eggs per year, usually in the spring! Discover the exceptional quality of our goose eggs, perfect for elevating your baking. With a higher yolk-to-white ratio and increased fat content, these eggs bring unparalleled richness and moisture to pastries, cakes, and custards. Their thick consistency ensures a robust batter, ideal for crafting decadent sweet breads and homemade pasta. One large goose egg equates to about three chicken eggs, offering a unique texture to your culinary creations. Adjust for a lighter texture by incorporating an extra chicken egg white, and experience the difference that fresh, locally-sourced goose eggs can make. These are only available sporadically, so check back often!
