Highview Farms is nestled in Northern Harford County, one of Maryland's top agricultural counties. Agriculture is deeply instilled in the Doran Family who is made up of 3 generations of farmers from grandparents to grandchildren. Over the years we have expanded our land, our herd, and our business. Between hay, crops, feed grinding, cattle production, and two meat markets the whole family is doing their part to serve local products to our community. The core of Highview Farms is hay production and Charolais cattle. Highview Farms is a family owned and operated, fully-integrated cattle production. From calf to finished steers and a variety of other agricultural-related products and services, we strive to offer the best. Our passion is with Charolais cattle and the beef industry. Although our farm has changed over the years, our genetic line of Charolais cows continues to produce muscular, trim, and great yielding calves and continue to advance. We use our crops to grind the feed to ensure the best diet for our herd. Highview Farms Meat Market is where all our homegrown beef is sold. All the meat is antibiotic free, has no added hormones, is pasture raised, and grain finished. We have partnered with other local farmers to provide a larger spread of items at our markets including pork, chicken, ice cream, other dairy products, produce, honey, and jams.
