Arugula Microgreens

Borage microgreens are juicy, crunchy, and have a cucumber flavor- sometimes referred to as "the cucumber microgreen", even though they aren't related. The leaves are larger in size and have a unique texture.

Broccoli Microgreens

Microgreen Kale is far more mild than any baby or mature kale in the flavor. This variety has a long white stem with green leaves. Excellent for salads, sandwiches,  and smoothies.

These purple and green beauties add both a tasty and spicy flair. They are essentially the same flavor as the Daikon Radish, but more colorful. Use instead of sliced radish anywhere you would normally use radish. Juicy and crunchy texture. Looks amazing as garnish!
