High Ridge Hydroponics is an innovative farming company growing salad greens in our custom-built shipping container farm using sustainable practices like hydroponics and vertical farming. We use climate control technology and LED lights to recreate the optimal growing environment for the plants- all year round! Our greens are always organically grown, with 95% less water consumption than traditional soil farming. You can find our products at seven different farmers markets, seasonally. All year round on our website and in the best restaurants Fairfield County has to offer! We never use pesticides, herbicides or harmful chemicals. Your orders are always harvested within a day of delivery for guaranteed freshness!
