Farmer’s Choice 20# Mixed Beef Box

Each quarter of our premium grass-fed beef contains approximately 150-175 lbs*, $6.55 per lb, providing a diverse selection of cuts from all parts of the cow. This ensures you get a well-rounded assortment of high-quality meats, perfect for any culinary adventure. Here’s what you can expect:

**Steaks:**
- Ribeye Steaks
- Sirloin Steaks
- Filet Mignon
- New York Strip Steaks

**Roasts (two or more):**
- Chuck Roast
- Rump Roast
- Sirloin Tip Roast

**Ground Beef:**
- 40+lbs of Ground Beef (perfect for burgers, meatloaf, tacos, and more!)

**Other Cuts (three or more):**
- Short Ribs
- Brisket
- Stew Meat
- Flank Steak
- Skirt Steak

**Miscellaneous:**
- Soup Bones (great for making hearty broths)

🚛Cost includes delivery within 50 miles of Winston-Salem. Addition shipping may be incurred for delivery outside this area.
