A easy way to quickly enjoy our ham without cooking an entire ham.  These ham steaks are incredibly tasty when seared in a skillet and eaten for breakfast or used as the centerpiece of a sandwich.  Each package contains 2 ham steaks and weighs approximately 1lb total.  

Cured Ham Steak

Delicious pork steak, great way to enjoy the flavor and tenderness of the Boston Butt (shoulder roast) without the large amount of meat.  Typically weigh around 1-1 1/2lbs and contain 2 steaks per package.   

Pork Steak

Amazing quality tender steak from our grass-fed and finished cattle.  Also known as a T-bone steak, makes for an awesome meal.  Average package weight of 2 - 2 1/2lbs and contains 2 steaks per package.

Porterhouse Steak (T-Bone)

Whole smoked bone-in ham (uncooked), great for gatherings and sharing with loved ones.  Average weight of 10lbs

Bacon

Delicious natural bologna from our Grass-fed and finished beef cattle.  Made of natural ingredients to be the healthiest bologna you can find.  Makes for a great quick sandwich or eaten on a cracker.  Typical package weight of 1 - 1 1/2lbs, this version of our bologna is sliced in sandwich sized slices.  It is about a half tube of bologna and is exceptionally good if smoked before eating.

Beef Bologna

Chuck Roasts from our grass-fed and finished beef cattle are our favorite and most popular roast.  Delicious when slow cooked, roasted or smoked.  We enjoy smoking them and making the roast into "poor mans burnt ends" the best.  Each package has an average weight of 2 - 2 1/2lbs and contains 1 roast.

Beef Chuck Roast

Average weight of 1/2lb - 1lb, contains 4 bratwurst per package.

Ground Beef from our grass fed and finished cattle.  Comes in 1 lb tubes.

Pork Chops (Bone-In)

Rendered pork lard.  Great to use for cooking and baking in place of oil.  Brings an amazing taste to everything its cooked in, also makes for incredible non-stick cooking experience.  Comes in a tub that weighs roughly 4lbs.

Tender and juicy steaks from our grass-fed and finished beef cattle.  The best type of steak there is in our opinion, and even better when wet aged for a week or 2 before cooking.  Our rib-eyes have an average package weight of 1 - 1 1/2lbs and contain 2 steaks per package.
