You'll receive a 15 pound box of our high quality, delicious 100% grassfed beef  All cuts are frozen and vacuum-sealed for freshness. We'll give you a mix of your favorite cuts. For example, you'll receive cuts like steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc. without getting liver, soup bones or other unique cuts, unless you specifically request them! We try to include enough of each cut for a meal for a family of four.
