Honey Brook Farm
We pride ourselves in the quality of our livestock and the land they are raised on. Come see what we have to offer! Whether you would like to partake in one of our on-farm events, see the the animals in their environment, have logs custom milled, or would like to purchase finished wood products - we’ve got it all! Come visit us! Enjoy the fresh air and friendly animals at Honey Brook Farm! Angela's grandfather's grandfather purchased this farm at the start of the 1900's. The farmhouse, barn, and land were chosen for their close proximity to the Anthracite coal mines, which were booming during that time period. We are happy to be continuing the family tradition of agriculture in southern Schuylkill County, while also maintaining ties with the Anthracite coal region. Our children are the sixth generation to work and play on this land. Conservation and taking care of the land are important to us, both for our current farm operation and for a sustainable future. We incorporate environmental stewardship into our farming operation in order to protect our water, air, land, and wildlife.

February 16, 2025We have been buying beef, pork, chicken, eggs and now our Thanksgiving turkey from HBF for almost 3 years now. My husband is a hunter and I'm a cookbook author so we're very particular about our food sources. The meat is absolutely incredible (we can't stand anything from the grocery store now) and the family behind the scenes is just as wonderful. Couldn't recommend buying their meat more.

I no longer live in the area but my family still does. Every time we are in town or our family is coming to visit us, we have to stock up on HBF meats because the grocery store meats just do not live up to how good HBF meats are! Our favorites are the whole chickens, bacon, sausage, pork chops, and literally any cut of beef! Oh and the beef jerky! Ordering and pickup is super simple. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a local place to truly know your farmer.
