Our flock of hens are fed organic custom mixed no-corn and no-soy feed in addition to free ranging organic pastures during spring, summer and fall. During winter months, our hens are housed in the greenhouse structures with access to outdoors 24/7.

We are now taking deposits for Wagyu beef quarters to be delivered in October of 2025, and $400 deposit reserves your beef quarter.   Our Angus/Shorthorn cows sired these half blood Wagyu calves, that will be ready starting in November of 2024.  Raised on grass all there lives fed hay and non gmo grains in the winter months. Very limited supply order today! 

Final price will be $17.50 lb. (which includes processing & delivery, not sales tax approximately $35.00), and we expect each quarter to yield around 90 to 100 lbs. of take-home meat. Each quarter is processed into a variety of cuts, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, packaged in easy to use portions.
