The most economical beef bones we offer, this is a variety of bones with bits of meat and fat attached ready to begin simmering in your soup pot!   For a richer broth, combine with gelatin producing bones like Beef Knuckle & Beef Neck along with a cut of beef such as Beef Stew Meat or a Beef Arm Roast.  The more variety in your stock pot, the more delicious and nutritious your stock.
