All of our beef is individually wrapped, vacuum sealed, labeled and weighted with our farm's logo on it. The 'American Wagyu' animal for this item is a 50/50 genetic make-up of Wagyu to Angus genetics raised at our farm!

A family pack may include something like:

(10) Packages of Ground Beef [1lb average], (1) Bone Cut [Ribs or Osso Bucco], (1) Large Cut [Sirloin Tip Roast, Eye Round Roast, etc], (2) Packages of Shaved Steak/Thin Slice Beef [0.75lb average], at least (5) Steaks [options included will be a mix of Delmonico, Rib Steak, NY Strip, Tenderloin, Sirloin Strip, Flat Iron, Chuck Eye, Ranch, Denver], plus additional items as available!

---

Animals are typically ready at the butcher for us to pick-up 20-25 days after drop-off.
