The break down of cuts will include : Steaks: (2-3#s total in packages of 2 steaks) Rib Steaks, T-Bone Steaks, Tenderloin, Top Sirloin Steak or Flank Steak Roasts: (6#s total) Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Rump Roast or Brisket Ground Beef: (10#s total) Our ground beef is packaged as two individual pound packages and then stacked and wrapped as a 2# brick. 5 bricks. Other: (2-3#s total) Round Steak, Stew or Short Ribs Our beef is raised with careful rotational grazing practices. NO GRAINS, NO ANTIBIOTICS OR GROWTH HORMONES. USDA INSPECTED

We purchased an 1/8 of a cow from them on barn2door. We are pleased with their exceptional service and communication. Their beef is very good and we love supporting local farmers. We plan to do a larger order in the near future.
