Clarence and his family produce incredible quality beef and cattle. We recently purchased 100% grass-fed beef and the meat is rich flavorful and well-marbled. Clarence is the only farmer I know who lets his grass-fed cows finish for a full 3 year to get proper grass-fed marbling. Clowers Family Farm also has registered Black Angus cows with excellent genetics and helped us get our small family farm started on the right footing. Thanks!!
