Net wt. 2 oz. Kale Microgreens Flavor Profile: Mild, fresh, and slightly sweet with a subtle earthy undertone. They are a soft, delicate version of the otherwise known fibrous tough bite of full grown kale. Nutrition: Kale microgreens are concentrated nutritional powerhouses exceptionally rich in vitamins K, C, and A, essential minerals like calcium and iron, and powerful antioxidants that support eye health and reduce inflammation. Uses: These delicate greens are perfect for adding a mild, fresh flavor and tender crunch as a raw topper for salads, sandwiches, and avocado toast. They can also be easily blended into morning smoothies or used as a vibrant, nutrient-dense garnish for hot soups and grain bowls right before serving.

Sunflower Microgreens - 2 Oz

We love our microgreens from Canyon Roots Co! Every time we’ve ordered, the greens are fresh and flavorful, and they last a surprisingly long time in the fridge. These nutrient-packed little lovelies have become my favorite burger topping, and I love adding any of them, but especially the sunflower microgreens to salads for a pop of flavor and texture!
