For example, you'll receive cuts like steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc. without getting liver, soup bones or other unique cuts, unless you specifically request them! We try to include enough of each cut for a meal for a family of four. If you have specific requests, send us a message and we'll do our absolute best to meet them. This makes a great gift!
