1/4 Beef

1/4 beef will have about 88lbs of packaged meat which includes... 6 ribeye steaks (1 per package) 6 NY strip steaks ( 1 per package) 2 tenderloin steaks (2 per package) 6 sirloin steaks ( 1 per package) 4 roasts 2-3 lbs each 2 sirloin tip steak or steak tips 2 packages of short ribs 1 brisket 2 soup bones 2 stew meat 2 stir fry 40-44 one pound packages of ground beef. Other cuts ( if available) can be substituted if you specify in the comments. We will do our best to accomodate reasonable requests. A limit of six pounds total can be substituted. Big River Ridge Farm will substitute with a similar valued cut if one happens to be unavailabe.
