Orders are typically ready for delivery 30 - 35 days after harvesting date. You will be notified when your order is ready for delivery. We will deliver to your home or location of your choice in Clark County, WA. If you live outside this area, we will work with you on a location for pick-up. Price is calculated from the hanging weight. Final price range includes processing/cut & wrap fees. Once the half of beef is weighed, we give you the final total owed less the deposit paid. Final total to be paid via cash or check at delivery. A half is usually 350 - 425lbs hanging weight. The cost per pound will be $5.75/lb. based on the hanging weight and vacuum sealed in plastic. Total cost would be around $2,012.50 - $2,443.75. Our beef dry-age for two weeks before being cut, packaged, and frozen. There is some shrinkage/bone loss therefore you get back about 70% of the hanging weight in finished product. Our butcher only works with farmers on the cutting orders therefore you will work directly with us. We have a standard cutting order that we will share with the customer via email and the customer can customize for their preferences. We will work through email or a phone call for this.
