We achieve this through adaptive grazing during the summer months and bale and cover crop grazing during the winter months. ​Our goal is to create rich soil that is full of life and capable of sustaining healthy plants for healthy animals. Our Business To merge land and animal together in order to bring our consumers nutrient superior meats. Our Mission Wacholz Farm aims to connect consumers with high quality Grass-fed meats through responsible farming practices.
