Blessed with rich soil and abundant water, it is in Stromsburg Nebraska where we’ve settled to farm and raise high quality grass-fed/finished Angus beef. Our herd consists of smaller framed, easy fleshing cows with an emphasis in grass-fed genetics. Our grass-fed cattle are born on our farm, grazed on our farm. From birth to butcher our cattle will only call our place home.We are farmers. We are stewards of the land. We are passionate about this life because we are passionate about our Savior. The more we learn and implement good soil health practices, the more we can see how God intricately designed everything in nature to work together. There is a reason why the Psalmist says, “He lays me down in green pastures” or “He owns the cattle on a thousand hills." God communicates to us through His creation. By taking care of our land we can glorify and honor Him. From organic and no-till farming practices, implementing cover crop rotations, and rotational grazing cattle, we’ve come to know this: The more we learn, the more we learn how little we know and how big God is.
