Hi! My name is Vanessa, and I’m the heart behind Thompson Farm right here in Lebanon, VA. I bake old-fashioned cast iron cornbread, made from scratch and cooked the way it should be—in seasoned cast iron for that crispy, golden crust and soft, buttery middle. This is the kind of cornbread meant to be shared around the table with family, friends, and good conversation.
