This is a gorgeous assortment of all of our best produce right now. Things that might be included in the box include baby carrots,  cauliflower, mustard greens, salad mix, spinach, cilantro, chives, rainbow chard, leeks, potatoes, thyme, rapini, pac choi, lettuce and onions.

These are "Green in Snow" Mustard Greens. They are spicy when eaten raw, but mellow out when cooked. They are excellent for stir fry
