The picnic roast, also referred to as "pork shoulder" is a roast cut from a portion of the front shoulder roast. These roasts have alot of texture and alot of flavor, and with propper cooking can be tenderly flavorful.

These steaks are absolutely delicious! They can be cooked any way similar to a pork chop, or a beef steak. These steaks are approximately 1lb steaks and come two to a pack. Grill them like a beef steak, or throw them in the oven and broil them with apple or peaches for a savory home cooked dish!
