StoneBridge Beef has fresh quarters, halves and whole animals available. We are currently processing 3 times per month. Other products like Burger Packs and limited quantities of individual cuts, soup bones, and organ meats are available as well. We try to maintain our normal 2 to 4 week lead time, but with surges in demand becoming more frequent, lead time can now be up to 2 months, particularly for specific products like bulk ground beef. We can give you more exact information than is available here, and we love hearing from you directly! May 21, 2025 Ground beef is in stock! April 15th, 2025 Ground beef will be restocked April 30th. Sadly, we are now sold out of chicken until September! Working on growing more. March 10, 2025: We are restocked in individual cuts! Ribeye, NY strip, tenderized round steak and soup bones.
