The flavor and texture of the pork meat is better than any we’ve had before - it’s obvious that the pigs were well fed and raised properly. Buy with confidence!

Sales are based on whole, half or quarter of an animal. Buyer pays butcher for final cuts. Rough estimates are; half hog will be around 100# hanging weight with 75# of freezer meat.
