Seven Seasons Farm reviews

Seven Seasons Farm is wonderful. Their products are superb. I especially love their Greek yogurt. It is the absolute best!

Seven Seasons Farm is top notch! All of their products, from their milk and their Greek yogurt to their natural soaps are just fantastic. I have been a customer for a number of years and I must say…Seven Seasons Farm never disappoints!

Very easy process to order online and to pick up at location.

We are so thankful for Seven Seasons Farm and their delicious raw milk, and feel especially fortunate to have access to RAWMI certified quality! We're definitely Seven Seasons forever customers!

This review is about the pickup process, communication, and how the tone changed once I asked for a refund, not about the product. This order went unresolved for three months. I missed my scheduled pickup in early June, and every later attempt to reschedule at a normal drop point kept falling through, more often on their end than mine, including one stretch where I confirmed a pickup time and got no response for about a week. Each time I actually tried to lock in a pickup at Forks which they told me was available, that specific pickup date became unavailable for them. After I tried to pickup the milk multiple times, they changed what they were saying and now want me to pick it up from the farm instead of the drop off point. Their stated reason: they run routes off that week's order sheet, so an order placed a different week 'can't be guaranteed' to be remembered. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told missed pickups aren't refunded. I checked an archived copy of this listing from before I ordered, and that policy wasn't there, it appeared only after I'd already asked for my money back, and communication got noticeably short once I pushed on that. The only fulfillment still offered is picking up in person at the farm, not the drop-point delivery we agreed for. I will not be buying anything else from this farm.

Excellent products, friendly farmers!

Their products are the best around and prices are reasonable. My go to for fresh milk

Chad is amazing!! I came earlier than anticipated due to traffic and he was extremely accommodating and sweet. Their milk and sausages are always tasty and fresh.

We’ve been purchasing our milk from Seven Season Farm, and it has been such a wonderful experience. Their family is incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or help in any way they can. You can truly tell they care about both their animals and the families they serve. The quality of their milk is outstanding, and it’s comforting to know exactly where our food is coming from. We’re so grateful to have such a trustworthy local farm and highly recommend Seven Season Farm to anyone looking for fresh, high-quality dairy from wonderful people.
