Sampler is ~ 25lb of Wagyu consisting of one of the following: Ribeye, Strip, Sirloin, Filet Mignon, London Broil, Chuck Eye, Stir Fry Beef, Soup Shank, Stew Beef, Patties, Beef Tips, Beef Bacon, Bratwurst Garlic Bratwurst, Maple Sausage and Beef Bacon, Hot Dogs all natural, I cured with no nitrates, Patties and 3 lbs ground burger.
