At Salonek Farms everyone works together to bring you the very best beef possible. Our beef is consistently graded USDA prime/top choice! We raise Holstein cattle that are grass and grain fed, with no antibiotics! We use only the highest quality feed, raised right here on the farm. We offer customers lots of different options so that there’s something to fit every family. Our ground beef gets rave reviews, and we also provide whole, half, quarter, and eighth beef, perfect for big crowds or just a couple folks. We’re proud of what we do, and happy to share it with you!

Our family has ordered a 1/4 twice now. Both orders were easy to arrange and pickup from the butcher shop. Meat was excellent as expected. The hamburger is top notch, but the steaks are what keep us coming back. Great food, great people, thanks guys.
