At Prairie Farmstead, our goal is to provide the cleanest, most nutrient-dense food we can for our family and our community. We utilize regenerative farming methods to heal the land we steward and improve the soil health below our feet. We do not use herbicides or pesticides on our pastures. We produce pasture raised eggs, grass finished beef, pasture and forest raised pork and in 2024 added pasture raised chicken. All of this is done with methods that are environmentally sustainable, truly humane, and naturally healthy. We invite you to join us in making a difference in your health and community while savoring every tasty bite!

Thank you for your interest in our bulk pork bundles. With our 1/2 pig bulk package, you can expect roughly 60-80 lbs of finished pork (if you are more familiar with beef, this is similar to a 1/4 beef). Our butchers use premium vacuum sealed packaging for the longest freezer life. Roughly 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space will be required to store your family's pork. Your cut list is customizable to your family's preferences or you can use our Prairie Farmstead cut list. Bacon, ham and one flavor of sausage is included if you want them. Deposits are $175 and are non-refundable. A deposit holds the order.

We love getting our meat and eggs from animals that live the life they were created to live! Food tastes better and the animals have a great life. Thanks, Chuck!
