With our 1/2 pig bulk package, you can expect roughly 60-80 lbs of finished pork (if you are more familiar with beef, this is similar to a 1/4 beef). Our butchers use premium vacuum sealed packaging for the longest freezer life. Roughly 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space will be required to store your family's pork. Your cut list is customizable to your family's preferences or you can use our Prairie Farmstead cut list. Bacon, ham and one flavor of sausage is included if you want them. Deposits are $175 and are non-refundable. A deposit holds the order.

Our butchers use premium vacuum sealed packaging for the longest freezer life. Roughly 7-9 cubic feet of freezer space will be required to store your family's pork. We will assist you with the cut list to craft the meat selections to match your families preferences or you can use our Prairie Farmstead cut list. This includes bacon, ham and up to 2 flavors of sausage. Deposits are $300 and are non-refundable. A deposit holds the order.

We would love to help your family eat some of the cleanest, tastiest beef you can have with the security of knowing what is in your freezer. Our two sizes of bulk beef orders are a 1/4 or 1/2 cow. The 1/4 cow utilizes the Prairie Farmstead cut list as you are splitting a 1/2 with another family. The 1/2 cow is completely customizable for your family's preferences in cuts and packaging.
