Welcome to Moore Meats, where taste meets tradition! It is our mission to engage and educate consumers of a holistic, sustainable beef product from farm to table. From our gate to your plate, our American Wagyu cattle are raised with care, respect, and intention from inception to harvest. Taste the difference in our American Wagyu products, ranging from bulk orders to individual cuts. It is our passion to provide our customers with high-quality American Wagyu beef. We believe that high-quality products for our consumers only happen through the utmost care, thought, and compassion for the beef we raise. Our American Wagyu are sustainably raised in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. The beef that we raise is a cross between Wagyu and Holstein breeds of cattle. Wagyu is well known for the intense marbling characteristics of the meat. Lesser known is that Holstein also provides a high level of marbling in the meat and is the second-most marbling line of cattle behind Wagyu. So what does this mean when we cross-breed these lines? It means that we end up with a premium beef product for you to enjoy with friends and family!

Moore Meats delivers again! I had an outstanding brisket that was tender, cooked amazingly, and had a great taste throughout. The tri-tip was amazingly juicy and flavorful as well.

I got 2 packs of the Jalapeño Cheddar brats and a London Broil. The London Broil was a huge hit with everyone at the barbecue, and I had multiple inquiries on where I got it. The big guest pleaser though was the brats - I literally cannot recommend them enough. 5 stars!
