Animal Welfare Approved certified by A Greener World hogs. Naturally bred and born, raised outdoors with their family group for their entire lives, able to root around in the dirt and wallow in mud. 
Processed at Piedmont Custom Meats, whole hogs are custom cut and delivered in the Triangle area, all included in the pricing. Price is $5.50 per pound of hanging weight and is calculated at time of harvest, but average final cost is $1,200.  This deposit is applied to your final invoice.  The harvest date for these hogs is May 5 with delivery 10-14 days later, except bacon which takes an additional 14-21 days.

Processing is done at Piedmont Custom Meats. Half hogs are a standard set of cuts, sausage & bacon. Quantities will vary based on the size of your half hog. Price is $5.75/lb hanging weight with an average cost of $660. Delivery in the Triangle region and processing fees are included. Your deposit is applied to your final invoice. These hogs will be harvested May 12 with delivery 10-14 days later, except bacon which takes an extra 14-21 days.
