Deposit on a Half Hog (5/5/25 harvest)

Animal Welfare Approved hogs certified by A Greener World. Naturally bred, born and raised outdoors at Minka Farm, our hogs enjoy rooting in the dirt and wallowing in the mud. Processing is done at Piedmont Custom Meats. Half hogs are a standard set of cuts, sausage & bacon. Quantities will vary based on the size of your half hog. Price is $5.75/lb hanging weight with an average cost of $660. Delivery in the Triangle region and processing fees are included. Your deposit is applied to your final invoice. These hogs will be harvested May 5 with delivery 10-14 days later, except bacon which takes an extra 14-21 days.
