January 15, 2025I gave my dad a big jar of aged honey from Mike’s because he’s a huge honey lover. He liked it so much he asked me to get some more from them, and has been brewing beer with it and is obsessed with the outcome!! (Pictures are of the “biere double de Diest” he made using the honey. The recipe is from the late 1800s.) I’ve been getting sourwood honey from them for several years now, and honey from other places just doesn’t compare. Highly, highly recommend.
