McCray Cattle Company was started in May 2005 by Jared McCray. He and his wife, Amanda, have two children, Jade and Adalena. The cow and calf operation currently exists of approx. 80 head. Our goal is to raise high quality show cattle for 4-Hers and showman of all ages that will be successful in the show ring, and excel in the pasture. Maternal traits are a top priority with our show cattle in order to keep them producing for years following their show career. Calves that are not sold as show calves, or retained as replacement heifers, are utilized in our Freezer Beef program.
