Lightly toss them in oil and sauté them until soft and the skin chars and blisters. Sprinkle them with a little flaky sea salt and a little lemon zest and enjoy the mild smokey flavor of this pepper. 

They call these Pepper Roulette because 1 in 10 peppers can be somewhat spicy with no way of knowing until you eat it.
