We're members of the winter CSA and couldn't be happier with the quality and selection of the meat. The ground beef was absolutely beautiful, and is the best quality I've ever seen. The other cuts have meat we received have been fantastic. It changes a little from month to month and I love it! Opening up our blue tote bag each month is just like Christmas morning as a kid. I can't say enough about Independence Acres, as their products inspire me to cook exceptionally tasty meals.
