Our beef is locally raised here in Delta County, Colorado. The cattle are born and raised on the abundant grasses of the North Fork Valley. They are then finished on the grains that are raised in Delta County. Making this a true locally raised beef, that never leaves Delta County. You will be emailed regarding cutting instructions and to make arrangements for pick up. This way you are able to cut the beef to your specific needs.
