This deposit secures your spot for our next processing date. A whole hog yields approximately 150–200 lbs of hanging weight, typically priced at $3–$5/lb. We will contact you with the cut sheet for how you want it processed. It will be processed at Stagecoach in Wiggins, CO. How you want it processed is a big impact on the end price. Fees can range from 350 for basics like ground, bacon, and hams, up to 600 if you ask for specialty products like sausage. Before processing will weigh and charge 1.50/lb. It should end up around 450 total before processing. You will pay the processing fee separately and can pick up from Stagecoach in Wiggins when it is ready.
