Why Grassworks Beef? We are a small, family owned farm located east of McLeansboro, IL. We are dedicated to raising 100% grass fed/grass finished beef that is of exceptional quality. With daily rotations, our management intensive grazing technique helps to promote both healthy cattle and healthy pastures. We do not use any chemicals or conventional fertilizer on the farm, nor do we vaccinate, administer antibiotics or hormones. All of this helps to ensure you can confidently serve our products to family and friends knowing that our beef is as nature intended. Jason & Danielle Organ
