These boxes will be a 10lb mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef! What is included? Ground Beef (2lbs.) Assorted Roasts (ex. chuck, rump, arm, sirloin tip roasts approx 3-5 lbs. ) Assorted Steaks (approx.2lbs-ribeye, delmonico, chuck, skirt, sirloin) Random mix of stew meat/ short ribs/ minute steaks/ burger patties or soup bones. **some of these cuts may be smaller than the cuts that go with our meat share as we want you to try a variety of the cuts we offer. Depending on inventory, we make minor substitutions We are so excited to share this with you!
