***** We Do Not Ship Lamb**** Your order must be picked up at the processor where the lamb is butchered. Just wanted to save (those of you that have to have a product delivered) some reading time.

Whole lamb or cut to order.

We utilize local processors and drop off the lambs according to our reservation date(s). You (the customer) provide the instructions on how to cut and package the meat and pick up your order at the processor.

We are located in Northeast Texas, about an hour Northeast of Dallas, near the small towns of Celeste, Leonard and Wolfe City. The processors we use are typically located within half an hour of the farm. We currently use Rail 19 Quality Meat Company in Brashear Tx. The cost of processing (cut,wrap,freeze) is about $125 per lamb, depending on the complexity of your requests. Each lamb costs $275.00 and we deliver it to the processor on a date reserved for us by the processor. We typically process once or twice a year. We do not ship lamb.
