About a 1lbs of delicious, thick sliced, uncured smoked jowel bacon. Made from the cheek of the pig. Slices are shorter than bacon made from the belly of the pig and are a little bit tougher. Great for sanwiches and adding to recipes. No nitrites or nitrates.
