Eubanks Cattle Co, LLC was born from a love of the land along with a relentless drive to reclaim what Grandpa started. Noah's drive to raise cattle and reclaim the land coupled with Tricia's mindset of making our corner of the world just a little bit better spawned a new, more beautiful, united goal of providing grass-finished beef to the community that starts from the ground up. That dream has become a reality, and we are now proud to offer you an environmentally conscious, animal friendly, nutritious option for your dinner plate. To bring you the best beef possible we rotate our cattle at least every couple of days to a new fresh patch of grass, optimizing the overall health of the land, the animal, and you. Rotating the livestock amplifies water retention in the soil, increases carbon removal from the air, and replenishes the soil with nutrients. By improving the soil, we're improving the forage that the cattle are consuming and therefore, the meat that we are producing. Grass-finishing brings you a full flavored, nutrient dense beef that is higher in antioxidants and healthy omega-3 fatty acids. We are literally starting from the ground up, working to produce the healthiest meat for you and your family. We are proud to offer a variety of grass fed/grass finished beef packages as well as half beefs, whole beefs and individual cuts. This dream could not be possible without each and everyone of us here at Eubanks Farm; each brings a special part to the table. Noah has the vision and engineering to see the whole picture and all the moving parts while Tricia has the patience and finds the beauty of the everyday "adventures" the farm brings. And the children are learning and gaining the experience of a lifetime as well as brilliant ideas and insights on a daily basis; the lessons abound for all. There is never a dull moment and each of us adds to the adventure in our own way, stepping up where we can and stepping back where we need to.
